Superior Cleaning Capability

The Ovit plate washer is capable of washing all types of inks when paired with the appropriate cleaning detergent. It features a standard heating system that warms the detergent to 40°C (104°F) within an internal recirculation system, which also includes filtration for optimal cleaning results.

Enhanced Washing Mechanism

Equipped with three cleaning brushes—one translating flat brush and two oscillating and translating round brushes—the unit provides superior bidirectional washing. Maintenance is effortless, as the machine can be disassembled in minutes without requiring tools.

Adjustable Cleaning Speed and Convenience

For added convenience, the cleaning speed is easily adjustable via a touch screen display. Several pre-saved programs are available to meet various cleaning needs, ensuring efficiency and precision with our high-definition cleaning unit.

The Ovit plate washer, a heavy-duty version of the renowned Flexomatic, is designed for customers with high daily plate washing requirements. Available in 950 mm and 1200 mm sizes, it features improved and strengthened movement and transmission parts. Its high-use motors operate continuously (24/7) without interruptions.

Robust Construction and Easy Operation

The drive rollers are made from durable materials resistant to chemicals and inks encountered daily. Operating in a completely closed circuit, the unit includes an automatic discharge system for exhausted products. It features a robust PLC and a user-friendly color touch screen display in multiple languages, storing all functions and washed plate counts efficiently.
