Efficient and Adjustable Washing Cycle

Designed for frequent use, the Aniloxmatic is ideal for immediate post-printing cleaning, offering both safety and speed. The washing cycle is fully adjustable and managed through an easy-to-use multilingual panel, allowing all variables to be edited and stored. Depending on the level of dirt, a complete wash cycle can take a maximum of 15-20 minutes for a one-meter (40”) long anilox.

Sustainability Features

Environmentally friendly, the machine operates in a closed circuit. Utilizing the Renova AX recycler, the washing water is rarely changed, promoting sustainability. Additionally, the detergent is heated in its container tank up to 50°C, enhancing cleaning efficiency.

Operating the Aniloxmatic is straightforward: the operator selects the appropriate program for the type of anilox to be washed and presses the start button. In just a few minutes, the anilox is thoroughly cleaned and dried.

The machine operates in a completely closed circuit, featuring separate tanks for detergent and water. The Renova AX recirculation system ensures that washing water is continuously filtered deeply, maintaining cleanliness for prolonged periods.
